The air boxing class is Fantastic! I thought I was in pretty decent cardio shape (45-60 minutes on elliptical relatively easy) until I took Dustin's class for the first time. Holy molly! - in 20 minutes I was ready to quit. The class wiped out my 45-60 minutes cardio in 20 minutes flat. Anyway, I was hooked after that. It gave me the change and variety I needed in my cardio workout.
Love the energy and encouragement and old school music sessions. Keeps you going and Dustin is right in there with you to help you on your journey!!! I miss Greenville and his classes!!
Dustin Lewis is the best. I had an injury and specifically started with him to fix it. He followed direction from my chiropractor and added in things to help. He is very knowledgeable, supportive and most of all fun!!
Dustin is a great personal trainer! He motivates us and pushes us hard, but we always still have fun!! He is informative and helpful as well in providing us with diet and nutrition advice! We get great, healthy recipes from Dustin for power foods that help us eat healthy and taste great! I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.
Dustin Lewis saved my life. That is not me being hyperbolic. I meant to write this years ago, but finally decided to share my experience with him as a trainer. I’ve been fat my entire life. I tried for many years to lose weight, failing every time. Not because a diet didn’t work, or because I genetically couldn’t. Every failure happened because of me and my willpower. I didn’t have the fight — the heart within in me to power through the tough times. I’d go a week, two weeks, sometimes even a month, trying to break through that invisible wall until either my diet would come undone or I’d stop exercising. I couldn’t find that strength inside of me to change. Then I met Dustin at the gym.
The last time I was in a weight room was 20 years ago in high school. Needless to say, I was a little out of shape when I got started with Dustin. We've gone at my pace, but focused on getting a little better each week. Now, 3 months later, it's exciting to see how far I've come.
